Happy 4th of July!

I hope you are enjoying the holiday weekend.  The 4th of July celebrates the birth of American independence, and while our county seems to be decidedly not as free as it should be, there is still hope that things can turn around.  It is up to all of us to lead by example, and it is also up to all of us to be able to take care of ourselves and our loved ones when things go sideways.  Never stop preparing.

Happy 4th of July!

Just a quick post to say Happy Independence Day to everyone.  It is our country's 240th birthday and while there is a lot of moaning and complaining about how things are going, the old girl has aged pretty well comparatively.  Enjoy the day!

Celebrating the 4th of July

Hoping you and yours have a safe and enjoyable 4th of July.  While our country may have some problems (oodles of them it seems) this is still one of the best countries on the planet in which to live!

Happy 4th of July!

Happy 4th of July everyone! I know people seem to bash our country on a regular basis but I have yet to find a better country in which to live. A special thank you to all of our men and women in uniform who are serving here and around the world--thank you for protecting this wonderful country so that the rest of us can live in peace. I hope you all have a happy and safe 4th.
