100 Survival Foods to Have on Hand
After a disaster--or even if you just end up away from home for an extended period of time--you should always have a supply of non-perishable, easy to eat food that requires no cooking (or just the addition of hot water) on hand. Here are 100 items to keep on hand to eat during a disaster. Note, your stockpiled food for an extended disaster should be more elaborate (and healthier) than these items as most of these items have a lot of salt/preservatives in them which makes living on them not such a great idea, however as emergency foods they check all of the boxes from ease of use to having a long shelf life.
