In a SHTF situation (or even just a basic disaster) physical fitness is important.  If you are physically fit you are less likely to suffer a heart attack shoveling snow, you will be able to walk some distance for help, and you won't wrench your back out of place while doing the drop, cover, and hold thing during an earthquake.  Here are 100 physical fitness activities...pick at least one to do each day to stay in shape...
