Daily Preparedness Tip: Are Your Vaccines Up To Date?

Most adults don't think much about vaccinations unless their doctor reminds them to get a flu shot in the fall or a shingles vaccination if they are older and have had chicken pox in the past.  If you are in the military, vaccines are something you will be ordered to get when you need to get them, and if you are a world traveler, a yellow card is probably part of your travel gear.  For the general public though, keeping up on your vaccines is a good idea.  You don't want to go through a SHTF situation, get cut on debris, then figure out it has been decades since your last tetanus shot (and not a single medical facility available within a few hundred mile radius).
