The CDC is missing a scientist who went home ill and hasn't been seen since.  This happened a couple of weeks ago and as soon as news got out about it, of course it made the conspiracy boards.  Dead scientists were a thing about a decade ago, but I haven't heard much on this topic in a while.  While it isn't unusual for people to go missing (A LOT of people go missing each year apparently), and odd missing person cases make the news all the time, it's hard to say what happened in this case (suicide? fugue state? homicide victim? a deep state conspiracy event?).  I hope he is found soon (and not "found" as a "suicide" victim with a double tap to the back of the head...).
